As CEO, Mike continues to shape the company's strategic direction and identify new business and investment opportunities.       NIGEL MORGAN CO-CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER   Nigel Morgan founded Poscor Mill Services Corp. in 1998 and was very instrumental in initiating the merger with Triple M Metal in February 2008. He is an integral part of developing and executing the strategic direction of the merged entity Triple M Metal LP. Nigel has close to 20 years of experience in commercial, processing, and administrative aspects of the scrap metal industry. Nigel’s vision, integrity, and ability to forge working relationships are critical characteristics.       ANTONIO GIAMPAOLO VICE CHAIRMAN   Antonio (Tito) Giampaolo joined Triple M Metal just after its inception to manage the company's operations and supply chain. Tito's unique aptitude, value-driven focus and hands-on management style have been a major contributor to the company's success over time. Tito continues to be integral in planning the company's future direction and strategy.       PHILIP KELLY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Philip Kelly guides the commercial, operations, and administrative responsibilities of the company on a daily basis. Philip joined Poscor Mill Services Corp. as President and COO in 2004 to help further transform and expand the company with Nigel Morgan and was a driving force behind the merger with Triple M Metal in February 2008. Philip has 25 years of experience in both steelmaking and metal recycling. His previous broad experience in the metals business and his senior roles in public companies have helped shape and solidify the strong base and performance achieved by Poscor prior to its merger with Triple M Metal.       JOE CARUSO PRESIDENT   Joe Caruso oversees the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for managing the company’s vision for future growth. Joe has worked for Triple M Metal for over 19 years and continues to lead the professional management and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining Triple M Metal, he held a senior finance position with a global consumer goods company. Joe's leadership over the years has been instrumental in contributing to Triple M Metal’s outstanding performance and growth.
