across North America. As CEO, Mike continues to shape the company's strategic

Antonio (Tito) Giampaolo joined Triple M Metal just
after its inception to manage the company's operations and
supply chain. Tito's unique talent and hands-on management
style have been a major contributor to the company's success.
In his role as Vice Chairman, Tito continues to be active in planning
Triple M Metal's future direction and strategy. |

Joe Caruso oversees the strategic

M Metal's vision for future growth. Joe has worked for Triple M
for over 18 years, prior to which he held a senior finance
position with a global consumer goods company. Joe's leadership
over the years has been instrumental in contributing to the outstanding performance and growth. |

ARMAND SANGUIGNI
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER |

Armand Sanguigni is responsible for all aspects of operations and
sales as well as the company’s supply chain. He brings 27 years of industry experience
to his position, having spent the last 14 years with Triple M Metal in a senior
management position. His hands on management style and strong relationship-building
approach to the job bodes well for Triple M Metal’s continued success and market leadership. |

LIONEL PERSAUD
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |

Lionel Persaud is responsible for all aspects of the
Accounting & Finance functions as well as Treasury, Information Technology
and Insurance. He is also responsible for the organization's real estate development and golf operations.
His professional accounting designations and 30 years of experience
in senior finance and accounting positions with major corporations, has provided
the foundation for his senior management role at Triple M Metal.
Since joining Triple M Metal in 2000 as corporate controller, Lionel has initiated major improvements
in the policies, procedures, internal controls, reporting and information systems
of Triple M Metal. |

OSCAR MONIZ
VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS |
| Oscar Moniz is responsible for operations across all facilities
within Triple M Metal. Prior to joining the Triple M Metal management team 7 years ago,
Oscar was an entrepreneur and owner of his own successful business for 15 years.
He also has 13 years of operations and sales experience with a large industrial
manufacturing company. Oscar’s wide range of experience and business acumen has
equipped him to excel in the Triple M Metal environment and culture. He is responsible
for having built a strong and efficient operations base across the company through
teamwork and a commitment to a strong work ethic. |

JAY BERMAN
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING |
| Jay Berman is responsible for all aspects of market development and ferrous sales for Triple M Metal.
This encompasses all ferrous material sold from operations in Canada, the United States, Mexico and England.
Jay had been in the metals recycling and processing industry for 23 years prior to joining Triple M Metal in 2004.
In addition to working in metals operations for many years, Jay has gleaned a wealth of experience working directly
for major industrial scrap generators, specializing in implementing scrap related continuous improvement initiatives
across the company. He and his sales team bring multifaceted experience to Triple M Metal, including industrial plant,
steel mill and scrap yard backgrounds. This strong, professional sales focus will help maintain Triple M Metal’s position as
the partner of choice for both scrap generators and scrap consumers.

ZORINE FERNANDES, C.H.R.P.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES |
| Zorine Fernandes is responsible for the Human Resources Department of Triple M Metal. This very challenging portfolio is a key position in the
company and will be integral to the success of several strategic initiatives of Triple M Metal in the years ahead. Zorine is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner
with several years experience in various capacities within the human resources field. With responsibility for a fully staffed department of five human resources professionals,
she has been instrumental for implementing key programs such as pay equity, restructuring the company’s profit sharing plan, implementation of company wide human resources information systems,
employee handbooks, transition to new payroll and benefits systems and enhancing and developing new human resources policies & procedures, etc.

KEVIN WEPPLER, MBA, P.Eng
DIRECTOR OF TRADING - NON-FERROUS |
| Kevin Weppler is responsible for non-ferrous scrap purchases and sales activities at Triple M Metal. Kevin has been involved in the scrap trading, raw materials procurement
and recycling services marketing for more than 15 years. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt who has led transactional process improvement projects for a leading Canadian
metals and mining company. Kevin guides a team of traders and buyers based in Canada and the USA. This team is also the exclusive purchasing agent of aluminum scrap for MATALCO –
an affiliated company engaged in the manufacturing of aluminum billet for the extrusion industry. Kevin and the non-ferrous team have a wide variety of complimentary backgrounds in primary and secondary
smelting; scrap metal trading & brokerage, hedging and international trade, and are well qualified to expand this business segment in the years ahead.
