No.1 Heavy Melt
ISRI #200 Alloy free carbon steel scrap ¼'' and over in thickness with a max dimension 4’ x 2’. Individual pieces must lie flat and be free from any attachments. May also include flattened pipe of 4’’ diameter and over.
No. 1 Oversize Steel
  Material requiring preparation (including but not limited to flattening, shearing, torching) to meet the specifications for #1 Heavy Melt.
No. 1 Bushelling (Black/Foundry Bushelling) ISRI #207 Clean steel scrap, not exceeding 12 inches in any dimensions, including new factory bushelling (for example; sheet clippings, stampings ect). Must not include painted, galvanized, silicone steel scrap, chrome, nickel, or aluminum plated steel or tin plate material.
No. 1 Bundles
ISRI #208 New black steel sheet scrap, clippings or skeleton scrap, compressed or hand bundled to charging box size, and weighing not less than 75 pounds per cubic foot. Must not include painted, galvanized, silicone steel scrap, chrome, nickel, or aluminum plated steel or tin plate material.
Shredded Scrap (feed)
ISRI #211 Homogenous iron and steel scrap magnetically separated originating from automobiles, miscellaneous baling and sheet scrap. Average density 70 pounds per cubic foot.
Steel Can Bundles (Post Consumer Cans) ISRI #213 Steel can scrap compressed to charging box size and weighing not less than 75 pounds per cubic foot. Cans may be baled without removal of paper labels, but free of other non-metallic’s.
Machine Shop Turnings
ISRI #219 Clean steel or wrought iron turnings, free of iron boring, nonferrous metals in a free state, scale, or excessive oil. May not include badly rusted or corroded stock.
Iron Borings
ISRI #223 Clean cast iron or malleable iron borings and drillings, free of steel turnings, scale, lumps, or excessive oil

Plate and Structural
ISRI #231 Cut structural and plate scrap, 5 ft and under. Individual pieces must lie flat and be free from any attachments.
Oversized Plate and Structural
  Material requiring preparation (including but not limited to flattening, shearing, torching) to meet the specifications for Prepared plate and structural
Mixed Bushelling
  Alloy free carbon steel scrap a ¼’’ and under in thickness. May contain some galvanized or painted material. Must not include, chrome, nickel or tin plate material
Auto Cast
  Clean drums and rotors and must not contain steel parts including camshafts, valves, valve springs, and studs. Free of non-ferrous and non-metallic parts.
Mixed Clips
  New production, black and/or galvanized steel clips, blanks, and stamping skeletons. May also include mandrelly wound slitter material and light gauge tubing in ¼’’ max thickness
Painted clips
  New production painted steel clips, blanks, and stamping skeletons. May include new light gauge racking, shelving and tubing. May also include mandrelly wound slitter material and light gauge tubing in ¼’’ max thickness
Dealer Clips
  Mixed new and old obsolete clean black, galvanized and painted sheet steel scrap in ¼’’ max thickness
White Goods
  To include household appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves/ranges (without ballasts), refrigerators, and freezers with tags indicating refrigerants have been removed.
Car Bodies
  Clean Steel automobile, free of fuel tanks, batteries, all rubber tires. Vehicles must be drained of all fluids.
