STEVEN LEDDY

PRESIDENT, Triple M Metal lp and integrated metal recycling

Steve Leddy is the president of Triple M Metal LP and Integrated Metal Recycling Inc. Steve entered the steel industry in 1995 following his graduation from the University of Waterloo. After much success in senior sales and marketing positions at leading North American steel mills, he made the transition to the scrap metal industry in 2004. Steve has well-rounded experience in scrap operations, integration, marketing, and trading. Steve’s objective is to strategically grow Triple M Metal’s footprint across North America.

TODD LEVIN

Senior Vice PRESIDENT, Triple m metal (us)

Growing up in the scrap business has given Todd a strong passion for the industry. After earning a BSBA from the University of Hartford, Todd joined his family business, Louis Levin and Company. Todd has served on the board of ISRI Empire Chapter as the government liaison. In 2006, Todd started Niagara Metals after eight successful years with a publicly traded scrap company. Niagara Metals quickly grew to one of the dominant operations in Western New York with its four locations. Todd has built extensive relations across the industry over his 29-year career, leading Niagara Metals to grow at a rapid pace.

MICHAEL BARICHELLO

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Responsible for many aspects of the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Corporate Development functions at Triple M, Michael Barichello is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. He has held many senior level roles in the metal recycling industry with companies such as Philip Services and KPMG. He served as VP Finance of Poscor at the time of its merger with Triple M in 2008 and has been an indispensable member of our leadership team ever since.

MIKE COMMISSO

VICE PRESIDENT, NON-FERROUS TRADING & OPERATIONS

Mike Commisso is responsible for the non-ferrous trading activity at Triple M Metal. Earning a BA in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, Mike has grown with the company, moving up from the scrap yard to the executive team. He serves on the Young Traders Board for the Bureau of International Recycling and is intensely focused on growing the non-ferrous business for Triple M Metal.

MICHAEL HLACAR

VICE PRESIDENT, FERROUS TRADING

Michael Hlacar is responsible for the ferrous trading activity at Triple M Metal LP. Prior to joining Triple M, Michael worked for 15 years in the Steel Industry holding various operational and senior commercial roles. His years of industry experience give him the perspective necessary to understand exactly what our customers need. Since joining Triple M in 2006, Michael has focused on building a strong team structure focused on innovation and growth in order to position Triple M as a leader in the industry for years to come.

NELSON COSTA

VICE PRESIDENT, FERROUS OPERATIONS

Since joining Triple M Metal in 2002, Nelson Costa has progressed to the leadership team through his steadfast dedication, experience and knowledge. His core responsibilities include managing field operations throughout our sites, building operations from the ground up, and leading initiatives across our Ontario and Mexico operations. A passionate collaborator, his facilitative leadership style and expertise in field operations has led Triple M into expediential growth.

SANDRA WALSH

DIRECTOR, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY

Sandra Walsh joined the Triple M Metal team in 2006 to provide oversight in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Sandra began her career in Industrial Hygiene and Safety at a large multi-national company. While there, she progressed through many roles eventually serving as Operations Manager. She is an ardent believer in lifelong learning, and holds certificates in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resources as well as being a certified ISO quality and environmental lead auditor, and Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner. With her vast experience and knowledge, Sandra is well positioned to support Triple M during their strategic growth initiatives.

TERESA SENISI

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES

A self-directed and client focused Human Resource professional, Teresa Senisi joined Triple M in 2018. A member and certified Human Resource leader through the Human Resources Professionals Association, Teresa graduated from Humber College’s Human Resource Management program, and is also an honors graduate of the University of Toronto’s Executive Leadership program. A champion of collaboration, she works alongside our senior executives and their teams to strengthen the organization, manage change and lead Human Capital to successfully grow Triple M’s global presence and capabilities.
