Growing up in the scrap business has given Todd a strong passion for the industry. After earning a BSBA from the University of Hartford, Todd joined his family business, Louis Levin and Company. Todd has served on the board of ISRI Empire Chapter as the government liaison. In 2006, Todd started Niagara Metals after eight successful years with a publicly traded scrap company. Niagara Metals quickly grew to one of the dominant operations in Western New York with its four locations. Todd has built extensive relations across the industry over his 29-year career, leading Niagara Metals to grow at a rapid pace.
